Marquesitas are a popular Spanish Christmas candy that requires very little preparation. With this simple recipe for children we can teach them to cook and have fun with a family activity.
This children's recipe is also perfect for celiac children to enjoy Christmas sweets without danger, since it is a gluten-free recipe. With only four ingredients you can prepare these delicious marquesitas.
- 125 gr of ground almonds
- 150 gr of icing sugar
- Lemon zest
- 3 eggs
Tips: Reserve some extra icing sugar to sprinkle as decoration. If you don't have enough, you can use grated coconut, and even chocolate noodles.
1. In a bowl we mix the sugar very well together with the ground almonds.
2. Add the lemon zest and finally the three beaten eggs.
3. We put the dough in the capsules and bake at 180ยบ for 15 minutes.
4. When they are cold, sprinkle with icing sugar.
